Design 660 91 W L Twin Screw Diesel Yacht

Somehow I got looking around the files at some very obscure designs this week as you can see from some of the posted articles. Heres a prime example. Its design #660. I cant really tell you anything about it. The job number is not even on our master job list. If I had to take a guess I would say this preliminary design was generated for promotional purposes only, perhaps to publish in the hopes of getting some interest in our motoryacht designs. The quality is poor as I pulled these from film negatives.


The year was 1946. Some of the design elements clearly made their way into Electron, design #1170, at least in terms of her outboard profile. That would be ten years later.
